I’m Zhanbo Liang.
I use zhanboliang publicly. I’m an independent developer, founder of Nuclx Tech and a Computer Network Technology student.
I mainly work with Rust and currently focus on AI agent systems. I also use TypeScript, Python and Go to build independent products, applications and developer tools.

Engineering work
From full-stack products to agent infrastructure, my focus goes beyond model responses to execution, permissions, memory and system boundaries. I have also built MCP services and served as a technical consultant in an Amazon partner engagement.
ideaLink · Education platform
Designed and developed the agent architecture for an education platform, using Rust, Tokio, Axum and PostgreSQL.
- Routed tool calls and memory access through permission checks and audit logging, with single-use capability tokens limiting authorization.
- Implemented three-layer long-term memory, vector retrieval and streamed conversation events, with a layered tool system for business capabilities.
Loong · Open-source agent infrastructure
Contributed to the core Rust infrastructure and led the design and implementation of the long-term memory module.
- Defined memory access boundaries, lifecycle and retrieval paths, and contributed to multi-turn context management and the tool system.
- Implemented bidirectional Feishu messaging, including event parsing, session routing and replies.
NueMind · AI learning companion
Led the architecture and technology choices for an AI education and management platform, integrating language models and refining prompt templates.
- Built course-data lookup and recommendations, exam recognition, automated grading and learning reports.
- The project received a national third prize and a Guangdong provincial second prize in the Chinese Collegiate Computing Competition.

Running Nuclx Tech, building cross-border storefronts and consumer software. Previously founded a studio and managed a team of ten.

Moving closer to languages, runtimes, async scheduling and developer tools, using products to make low-level concepts observable.

NueMind & national competition
Led NueMind, delivering intelligent support, course recommendations and automated grading. The project received national third and Guangdong provincial second prizes.

Guangzhou City Construction College
Studying Computer Network Technology in a full-time college diploma program, from 2024 to the present. Also began working with agents, MCP and automated development workflows that year.
- 2022
Started using modern AI tools
First used ChatGPT for questions and learning. It gradually became an everyday tool for thinking and making things.
